Central Wisconsin Christian High School secured a clean sweep in Monday evening's non-conference matchup against North Fond du Lac. The victory keeps the Crusaders moving in the right direction as they navigate the middle stretch of their schedule. For the visiting Orioles, the trip to Waupun served as a test against a disciplined defensive unit that forced them into several extended rallies. CWCHS demonstrated consistent control throughout the evening, effectively managing tempo to stay ahead on the scoreboard. The Crusaders found success stringing together early side outs, which prevented North Fond du Lac from building significant scoring runs in either set. Precise serving and timely blocks allowed the home squad to maintain a lead during key transitions. Solid defensive coverage in the back row turned potential kills into opportunities, keeping the Orioles off-balance until the final point. This result adds another layer of confidence for the Crusaders as they look ahead to the remaining challenges on their fall schedule. Each set showcased the team's ability to execute under pressure, a trait that will be vital as postseason preparations draw closer. North Fond du Lac will aim to regroup after falling in two, seeking to iron out their rotations before their next competitive appearance.
